Decydujący impuls do nowej katolickiej teologii judaizmu dała soborowa deklaracja Nostra aetate, kładąc nacisk na „szczególną więź, którą lud Nowego Testamentu zespolony jest duchowo z plemieniem Abrahama”. Jednak w recepcji deklaracji uwypuklano dwa inne aspekty, a mianowicie Shoah i państwo Izrael, na skutek czego na daleki plan schodzi perspektywa teologiczna. Prawidłowe spojrzenie powinno uwzględniać najważniejsze drogowskazy teologiczne obecne w nauczaniu kard. Józefa Ratzingera/Benedykta XVI: (1) wartość Starego Testamentu dla chrześcijaństwa; (2) uniwersalną misję i posłannictwo Izraela; (3) problem odpowiedzialności Żydów za śmierć Jezusa; (4) odmowę, z jaką Jezus spotkał się ze strony większości Żydów; (5) miejsce i status Izraela w nowej sytuacji zbawczej urzeczywistnionej przez Jezusa Chrystusa.

The authoress wishes to discuss the idea of engaging senior citizens into the maintenance and care of historical park and garden complexes. The article illustrates the possible mutual benefits of the cooperation between the caretakers of these complexes and organized groups of senior citizens, who whose participation would be based on a form of voluntary help, through a foundation, or based on monetary compensation. Such a cooperation could lead to an improvement of the condition of historical gardens, in addition to providing beneficial effects to the physical and mental he alth of older people.

This is an analysis of the literary expressions of fear in the poetry of Kazimierz Przerwa-Tetmajer. Intense fear is not only one of the dominant emotions depicted in his work but it also underpins his poetic technique. The article examines the manner in which he communicates the somatic experience of dread, his use of bodily metaphors in descriptions of nature, his poetic landscapes of fear, the records of his nightmares, the modernist phobophobia as well the sources of the high anxiety (to do with the mysteries of life, death and man’s inner life) that dogged him at all times. In its readings the article draws on the studies in affect theory, somatopoetics and psychoanalytic criticism.
