Abstract

The article presents the origins and development of American behavioural political science, as well as the major aspects of behavioural approach to political science. Political behaviouralism is analysed against the background of Kuhn's and Popper's concepts of the development of science. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of behavioural ideas in political science are presented and discussed.
