This is the second part of an article featuring the Polish philatelic magazines published by the Polish Philatelic Association, its affiliates as well as other publishers. The article also discusses various projects aimed at the digitalization of the philatelic magazines and making the back issues available online.

This is the first part of a longer article on the post-war Polish philatelic press. It contains an overview of this press segment in the context of the rising interest in philately in Poland and a review of the magazines published by the Central Management Board of the Polish Philatelic Association and the local branches of the PPA.
