 abstract={Changing market environment implies new challenges for the enterprise. However, only profitable companies have the chances to achieve a good position on the market. The entities have to react quickly on the market changes. The main sign of capital markets' development are new financial tools and techniques which allow the enterprises to receive the capital on profitable conditions. One of the financial techniques is securitization, which mea'!s the issue of securities guaranteed by assets. Securitization process leads to the decrease of costs and enables the bigger access to lenders' funds, it also reduces the risk of borrowers as well as it creates the new possibility for investors to make deposits.},
