The open pit in Machów, isolated with 25-meters-thick clay layer, is successively filled with water from the Vistula River. In the Jeziórko borehole mine land remediation is under way and gravitational drainage system is under construction. Delay in closure operations took place in the area of the Piaseczno Mine where recreational center has been designed around a water reservoir of water table altitude 146.0 m a.s.l. The sali: closure and remediation of the Piaseczno open-pit requires the construction of drainage system in the area endangered by soaking. The current (data for the year 2006) hydrodynamic conditions and prognoses of future changes of aquatic environment possible in the post-mining land were analysed with the numerical filtration model. The results enabled the identification of the position of groundwater tables in Quaternary and Tertiary horizons along with the discharge of designed drainage systems.}, title={Modelling of hydrogeological consequences of the closure of native sulphur open-pit mine Piaseczno near Tarnobrzeg}, type={Artykuł}, URL={http://journals.pan.pl/Content/133670/PDF-MASTER/9_GSM_23_2_2007_Haladus_Badania.pdf}, keywords={Open-pit closure, prognostic calculations}, }
