Wellbeing encompasses various indicators that reflect whether a person is happy with their life, one of which is health. The article therefore focuses on the salutogenic model of health, which has a lot in common with the theory of wellbeing and helps answer the question regarding what to do, and how, to have a positive impact on an individual’s sense of coherence. It thus provids the tools to help them move along the health-sickness continuum towards better health, so that they can enhance their wellbeing.
