This study is a proposal for a substantive introduction to systematics and a detailed description of the use of particular research methods at each stage of the design process. The article discusses necessary definitions and a historical outline of the interdiscipline, which was formed by combining architecture and neuroscience (neuroarchitecture). The most important information concerning the use of particular neuroscience research in architecture are also discussed, such as: observational and experimental methods from the field of environmental psychology, fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging), eye tracking, VR (virtual reality) and the EDA wristbands.}, type={Article}, title={Neurosciences in Architecture: Applied Research and its Potential in Architectural Design}, URL={http://journals.pan.pl/Content/126503/PDF/2022-TEKA-18.pdf}, doi={10.24425/tkuia.2022.144856}, keywords={neuroscience, EEG, fMRI, EDA, neuroarchitecture, architectural design, environmental psychology, inclusive design, neuroscience in architecture}, }
