In this regard, similar to antigen- -antibody interactions, aptamers have high affinity and specificity for their respective target molecules, and can be selected using the Systematic Evolution of Ligands by EXponential enrichment (SELEX) technique. Recently, significant progress has been made in the development of aptamer selection and aptamer-based sensors for viral detection, and here we review some of the recent advances in aptamer-based detection of viral infections in animals. This review will serve as a comprehensive resource for aptamer-based strategies in viral diagnostics.}, type={Review paper}, title={Application of aptamer-based viral detection in animals}, URL={http://journals.pan.pl/Content/128559/PDF/21%20_%20Zhang.pdf}, doi={10.24425/pjvs.2023.145056}, keywords={aptamer, virus, biosensor, animal}, }
