Abstrakt

This study explores the challenge of achieving a fast finite-time projective synchronization (FFTPS) in chaotic systems characterized by incommensurate fractional orders, unknown master-slave models, and uncertain external disturbances. Utilizing the principles of Lyapunov stability theory, two fuzzy sliding mode control (FSMC) schemes are proposed. Accordingly, two novel non-singular finite-time sliding surfaces are constructed. Fuzzy logic systems are utilized to provide an approximation of the continuous uncertain dynamics within the master-slave system. The sufficient conditions for both controllers are derived to ensure this robust FFTPS. Finally, the proposed controllers are validated through numerical simulations on two projective synchronization examples of fractional-order chaotic systems, demonstrating their feasibility.

Abstrakt

The widespread desire to automate the CNC machine control process and optimize it is leading to the development of new algorithms. The article presents both a novel approach to this task based on a fuzzy decision-making system as well as an evaluation of the proposed solution on a large database containing data from multiple machining processes and a comparison with the Reference Points Realization Optimization (RPRO) algorithm used in industry. In addition to achieving the intended accuracy of the machining process, the presented system is also easily interpretable for the expert operating the machine. It is also possible to manipulate the presented system easily and shape it according to specific needs.

Abstrakt

In the paper, we consider a Lagrange problem governed by a continuous Roesser type system with single partial Caputo derivatives. The necessary optimality conditions for such a problem are derived. In our approach, the increment method, as well as a fractional version of Gronwall’s type lemma for functions of two variables are used.

Abstrakt

This paper proposes navigation of multiple autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) by employing machine learning approach for wide area surveys in underwater environment. Wide area survey in underwater environment is affected by low data rate.We consider two AUVs moving in formation through clustering followed by selection of optimal path that is affected by low data rate and limited acoustical underwater communication. A state compression approach using machine learning based acoustical localization and communication (ML-ALOC) is proposed to overcome the low data rate issue in which AUV states are approximated by Hierarchical clustering followed by an optimal selection approach using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The performance of the proposed state compression algorithm is compared with particle state compression algorithm based on K-Means clustering at each iteration followed by Akaike information criterion (AIC) pursuing extensive simulations, in which two AUVs navigate through trajectory. It is observed from the simulations that the proposed ML-ALOC system provides better estimates when compared with acoustical localization and communication (ALOC) system using particle clustering for state compression scheme.

Abstrakt

In this paper,we present a theorem about stability of nonlinear fractional difference equation with Riemann-Liouvile difference operator. The result is a version of classical theorem on linear approximation and to derive them,we prove the variation of constants formula for nabla Riemann- Liouville fractional difference equations.We also present some results concerning the existence and uniqueness of the equation under consideration.

Abstrakt

This research article discusses a new paradigm in smart system development using the 4-layer framework and activity theory from the perspectives of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. The study aims to understand how this paradigm can influence the development of smart systems and provide insights into its theoretical and practical implications. The 4-layer modern system comprises instrumentation, information systems, business intelligence, and gamification, which are the core components of a smart system. Each layer plays a crucial role in data collection, information processing, business analysis, and gamification implementation at the top layer. The integration of these layers forms a solid foundation for the development of efficient and innovative smart systems. In addition, activity theory is utilized to analyze the interactions among users, technology, and the environment within the context of smart systems. From an ontology standpoint, this research views smart systems as complex socio-technical entities involving human, technological, and process aspects. In terms of epistemology, a multidisciplinary approach is employed to combine knowledge from areas such as computer science, information systems, and human-computer interaction. In the realm of axiology, this study recognizes the ethical values and social implications that must be considered in the development and implementation of smart systems. By integrating the new smart system paradigm using the 4-layer modern systems and activity theory, this research contributes to the understanding of the dynamics and development potential of smart systems. The results of this study can provide guidance for practitioners, researchers, and decision-makers in developing more effective, efficient, and user-oriented smart systems in various contexts.

Abstrakt

A transportation problem (TP) is built on the framework of supply-demand and cost parameters which are uncertain in nature. Neutrosophic numbers are capable of handling incomplete information. This paper introduces a new solution approach to optimize TPs with neutrosophic parameters based on a new ranking function. This function utilizes the attitudinal character of a basic unit-interval monotonic function inspired from the domain of continuous ordered weighted average operators. Ranking rules are established followed by defining a neutrosophic transportation problem. A solution methodology followed by solved numerical illustrates the efficiency of the proposed method. Conclusion and future directions summarize the work.

Abstrakt

In this paper, we give results on the stability of homogeneous conformable fractional order systems using assumptions on a family of compact sets and provide the stabilization of an affine control system and given an explicit homogeneous feedback control with the requirement that a control Lyapunov function exists and satisfying a homogeneous condition and we present existence and uniqueness theorems for sequential linear conformable fractional differential equations.

Each paper submitted is subject to a review procedure, and the publication decision is based on reviers' comments on the paper. To avoid delay, please prepare the manuscript carefully following the suggestions listed below.

Computer file of the manuscript may be sent by e-mail to the address of Assistant Editor or acs@polsl.pl. Preferred text processors is TeX or LaTeX, however Word and other processors are also acceptable. In case of difficulties in processing the text, the author may be asked to supply the ASCII export of the original file.

Manuscripts sent via ordinary post should be typewritten double-spaced on one side of a standard size (A4) paper. Left side margin should be approximately 3cm (1.2'') wide. Each page should contain approximately 30 lines of 60 characters each. The manuscript including figures and tables together with their captions should be submitted. A separate signed letter giving the Author's preferred address for correspondence and return of proofs should be enclosed. Manuscript is the basis for editorial work.

First page should include the title of the paper, first name(s) and surname(s) of the Author(s), and a short summary (abstract), not longer than 20 lines.

Keywords of max. 5 - 7 items should be included in manuscript.

Numeration. All chapters, including the introduction, should be numbered in arabic numerals. Equations, tables and figures as well as theorems, corollaries, examples etc., should be numbered consecutively throughout the paper in arabic numerals, except in appendices. Appendices should be numbered with capital letters, and numeration should be closed within individual appendices.

If the manuscript is not prepared with TeX, mathematical expressions should be carefully written so as not to arouse confusion. Care should be taken that subscripts and superscripts are easily readable.

Tables and figures should be placed as desired by the Author within the text or on separate sheets with their suggested location indicated by the number of table or figure in the text. Figures, graphs and pictures (referred to as Fig. in the manuscript) should be numbered at the beginning of their caption following the figure. All figures should be prepared as PostScript EPS files or LaTeX picture files; in special cases, bitmaps of figure are also acceptable. The numbers and titles of tables should be placed above the main body of each table.

References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript. They should be numbered in ascending order and the numbers should be inserted in square brackets. References should be organized as follows. First initial(s), surname(s) of the author(s) and title of article or book. Then, for papers: title of periodical or collective work, volume number (year of issue), issue number, and numbers of the first and the last page; for books: publisher's name(s), place and year of issue. Example:

Please, give full titles of journals; only common words like Journal, Proceedings, Conference, etc. may be abbreviated ( to J., Proc., Conf., ... respectively). References to publications in the body of the manuscript should be indicated by the numbers of the adequate references in square brackets. When the paper is set in TeX the preferable form of preparing references is Bib TeX bib database.
